Yes — all Word documents are fully editable. They use structured styles and placeholder text (e.g. [Organisation Name]) that make customisation straightforward. You own the documents outright once purchased and can adapt them freely for internal use. Redistribution or resale is not permitted under our licence terms.

The ISO 27001 ISMS Complete Kit is specifically designed to produce audit-ready documentation aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Many of our clients have successfully passed Stage 2 certification audits using these templates as a starting point. However, templates alone do not guarantee certification — you will still need to implement the controls and demonstrate evidence of operation. We offer implementation support services if you need hands-on guidance.

If a kit you have purchased is updated within 12 months of your purchase date — for example, due to a regulatory change like an updated standard or new legislation — you will receive the updated version automatically by email at no extra charge. This is especially relevant for the AI Governance kit given the pace of EU AI Act development, and the DORA kit as technical standards continue to be published.
