How Accessible Is This Website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard. We know some parts of this website may not be fully accessible. Known issues are listed below and we are actively working to address them.
What We've Done
- All pages use semantic HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, footer)
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements for normal text
- All images carry descriptive alt text where appropriate
- Interactive elements are keyboard navigable
- Focus states are visible on all interactive elements
- The site does not autoplay video or audio
- Font sizes are set in relative units and scale with browser settings
Known Limitations
- Some data tables on service pages may not have full screen reader support — we are reviewing these
- The animated hero grid background may cause issues for users with vestibular disorders — we recommend using your operating system's Reduce Motion setting, which we will honour in a future update
- Some PDFs linked from our Digital Products pages may not be fully tagged for accessibility
